a lot of new beginnings: Classes and residency in Dance House and Butoh Festival Dublin goes Touring for 2014

Dear All,

there are a lot of new beginnings...

From January the 8th of January 2014 I will  be based in Dance House!
Classes will run every Thursday from 7 to 9 pm.

and more...

Dance House awarded me a residency that will commence in April and will run for four weeks. I will developing a Butoh piece inspired by the work of Francis Bacon (the painter) and the work of Gilles Deleuze on Bacon. I am so excited about it and truly looking forwards.

The last part of the residency will see me devising and improvising with Agata Narcisi, an italian dancer.

Plans for Butoh Festival Dublin 2014 have already started. This year it will be a touring festival that will reach Cork, Galway, Torino (Italy), Bologna (Italy) and Glasgow (Scotland). The tour will show the work of eight performers...so truly looking forwards to make this happen...

For now this is it.

Thanking you and hoping to see you in Dance House in 2014!

Winter Blossoming to all of you
